Who writes our guides

Guides are published under the name Bellokey Editorial Team. The company is led by Mohamad Alabsi (CEO); you can see the team on our About page. We do not publish content under invented expert names or credentials.

How we research

• We check rules, fees and thresholds against official sources where we can (for example land departments and regulators).
• Where a figure changes often or we cannot verify it, we say so or leave it out.
• Examples with numbers are labelled as illustrative and are not forecasts.
• We use AI tools to help draft and structure content, and the editorial team reviews it before publication.

Not financial, legal or tax advice

Our content and calculators are general information and estimates. Property rules, taxes and lending terms differ by country and change over time. Check current requirements with the relevant authority and a qualified adviser before you buy, sell or borrow.

Updates and corrections

We update guides when rules or facts change and show an updated date when we do. If you spot an error, email realtors@bellokey.com with the page address and what looks wrong. We review reports and correct confirmed errors.
